What is happening here: patience through the process. When you first look at this you might have the impression that it is too dark. And it is. On purpose. I will later add lighter coat to lighten up the shadows just a tiny bit (and) also all the other elements that still need to come into the scene, and then it won’t be dark anymore. There will be a perfect balance, just like in life we shouldn’t rush to judge our circumstances by the way they look at first.
